Before processing your first withdrawal, Solt Baji requires you to complete identity verification. You will need to submit a clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID — such as your National ID card or passport — and confirm the payment method you intend to use for withdrawals. Solt Baji does not charge fees on withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside our control. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or mobile money provider.

Solt Baji reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Bets are only confirmed once you receive a confirmation notification in your account. A bet that has not been confirmed is not valid.
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or obvious pricing mistake, Solt Baji reserves the right to void any affected bets and return the stake to the player's account. Winnings resulting from a clear error in odds or game outcomes will not be paid. Solt Baji's decision in such cases is final.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and games on Solt Baji. These limits are displayed within each game or market before you place your bet. Solt Baji reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time, including applying individual account limits where necessary.
A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, match abandonment, incorrect market pricing, or a technical fault during the bet placement process. Voided bets have the stake returned to the player's account in full.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Solt Baji platform. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to the relevant authorities:
Solt Baji uses fraud detection systems that monitor for unusual account activity. Accounts flagged for investigation may have withdrawals temporarily suspended while the review is in progress.
Solt Baji reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reason to believe that the account is being used in breach of these terms. In cases of suspected fraud or prohibited conduct, the account balance may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation.
You may close your Solt Baji account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing your account, any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method, provided there are no outstanding wagering requirements or pending investigations. Accounts closed at the player's request can be reopened by contacting support, subject to identity verification.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. Solt Baji will attempt to contact you before applying a dormancy fee. A monthly administration fee of ৳100 may be deducted from dormant account balances. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players can reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing a new verification check.
